Free of charges and without obligations I will tell you about mediation, how it proceeds.

It depends on you and the other party how many times and how many hours we do need
In the most cases the parties shares the costs together
To the cost of the mediation procedure belongs; the fee of the mediator, eventually the fee of other professionals, like as a accountant of tax specialist, a lawyer or public notary or the court fees and sometimes the legal charges of the municipality
The fee for mediation pro hour is in family matters € 129,50* and in all other disputes € 185,--* like disputes with the (local-, region- and national-) government.
The statement of travelling expenses is € 0,35 pro kilometer in the Netherlands and the claim for travelling to and in other country’s and eventually overnight staying are the real expensive.
In certain circumstances when the dispute would have handled by a Dutch (district-) court you an assignment of counsel. Depending on your income and assets, you may be eligible for assignment of counsel. This means that the State will pay part of the costs of the mediation en the court fees. You will always have to pay a certain contribution.

All the mentioned fees and costs are exclusive 19% VAT.

Invoice

Monthly the invoice will be send. Payments of the amount of money within 14 days of the dte of the bill. Please mention by each bank payment the number mentioned on the invoice.
